Privacy, kept simple.
Privacy policy for a personal Windows application for preparing and publishing original design Pins.
PinFlow is currently in development. Pinterest authorization and publishing have not yet been activated. The sections below describe the intended processing when those features are enabled. There is no public registration or multi-user service.
What PinFlow is for
PinFlow is being developed for Alexander Kiskov to prepare images of his own design projects, review publication text, select his own Pinterest boards and approve publication. The default destination link is the author's Telegram channel, Kiskov Design. A local schedule will require the computer and application to remain running.
Information the application will use
With the owner's authorization, PinFlow will use Pinterest OAuth access and refresh tokens, board identifiers and names, selected Pin information, and publication results. Local project data will include selected image paths, titles, descriptions, alt text, destination links and scheduled times.
This information is used to select boards, prepare approved Pins, execute approved publication tasks and record their results. PinFlow will not sell Pinterest data or use it for advertising profiling.
Local storage and Pinterest
The intended desktop release stores project metadata and task history on the owner's computer. Credentials must be held in protected Windows storage and excluded from source code, application binaries and diagnostic logs. Selected image files remain under the owner's control.
When a publication is approved, its selected image and publication fields will be sent to Pinterest. Pinterest processes that information under its own privacy policy . The desktop publishing integration is not currently connected.
This informational page has no forms, account system, analytics scripts or application database. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection data to deliver the page.
Optional AI processing
No AI provider is connected to PinFlow at this stage. Before any integration is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the provider and information sent. The owner must configure that integration and request preparation before selected images or project text are sent. Pinterest credentials will not be sent to an AI provider.
Retention, deletion and access
Local drafts and task history will remain until the owner removes them. Local metadata backups, if enabled, must be managed separately. Deleting a task will not automatically delete original images or Pins already published on Pinterest.
The owner can stop local processing by closing the application. Once authorization is connected, access can be revoked through Pinterest's application settings. Revoking authorization does not delete previously published content; published Pins can be managed on Pinterest.
Operator and contact
PinFlow is operated by Alexander Kiskov. For privacy questions, contact the operator through the Alexander Kiskov Pinterest profile . No separate support email has been provided.
This policy will be updated when implemented data processing changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
